Sales happen in bottles, six-packs, sizes, and bundles. LineNow rolls them back into the supplier case you need to reorder, then converts the delivery into inventory customers can buy.
Your POS product is what a customer buys. A procurement item is what you buy from a supplier. LineNow links the two, so a case of 12 can stock bottles and six-packs without becoming a product you never sell.
One case may feed several sellable SKUs. LineNow translates sales from singles, six-packs, mixed packs, and other connected products back into the supplier item you actually replenish.
Need a little? Buy the smaller pack. Need more? Choose a larger case or a better supplier. LineNow surfaces pack, cost, MOQ, supplier SKU, and order history before grouping your choices into supplier-ready POs.
When the order arrives, LineNow converts the supplier pack into sellable inventory. Allocate a case across singles and multipacks now or later, then update the supported POS connection using configured item and location mappings. Assign the stock once so singles and multipacks do not double-count the same bottles.
When a supplier sends something new
Archive a one-off item. Merge a duplicate. Link a new supplier variant to something you already sell. Or publish a genuinely new product to your POS. LineNow gives the receiver a clear next action instead of leaving an invoice item stranded between systems.
